(1) If any worker working in the establishment suffers an injury due to an accident in the course of work, the employer shall arrange for first aid with necessary treatment materials within the workplace premises for immediate treatment.
(2) If a worker is injured in an accident at the workplace or in any other place in the course of work performed by the employer, the expenses incurred in treating such worker shall be borne by the relevant main employer. But if the main employer has insured workers according to section 54 or 55 of the Act, the amount for such treatment can be deducted from the amount received from the insurance.
(3) If a worker has to undergo treatment at a hospital or at home due to an injury in the course of work, the employer shall pay such worker the full salary for that period, and half the salary for that period if the worker is treated at home.
